Multiple Intelligences Decoding and Nurturing Academy (MiDNA) offers its forthcoming IKIGAI Expert Certification Program ( 1 Year) Comprising 3 Levels of training (SPARK, IGNITE & REWIRE). It is ideal for professionals working in the field of Education, Human Resource (Recruiting, Training) & Psychology. The Program aims to offer in-depth knowledge in the field of NeuroPsychology (Psychology Based Brain Architecture) which will help the participants to interpret MiDNA’s Genetic Brain Profiling (GBP) Reports to guide Individuals / parents / Teachers / Corporates, so that personalised nurturing methodologies shall be recommended.

Who are IKIGAI Experts?

IKIGAI Experts facilitate interpreting the Genetic Brain Profiling Assessment done for individuals.These experts have vast and in-depth understanding of Genetic Potentials, Neuroplasticity, Learning Preferences, Domains, Subject Preferences, Career Preferences, Brain Hemispheric Dominance,Grasping Speed, Thinking Preferences, Processing Dominance, Multiple Intelligence Profile Interpretation, Personality Typing based on various World Famous Theories and so on.

How to Get Certified?

SPARK (Level 1- GBP Counsellor Certification) with 4 weeks (Investment of INR 10,000/- ) of Online Sessions (Theory & Reports Interpretation) with Live Interactions.

One can attend one FREE repeat sessions Free of Cost if Required. After the assessment of participant’s Presentation of Self Discovery 1.0 (within 2 months of Joining) GBP Counsellor certificate would be awarded. They are qualified to Counsel Adult GBP Reports under a Mentor and Join next Level Training.

IGNITE (Level 2 – GBP Consultant Certification) is aimed at giving Hands-on Experience (Investment of INR 10,000/- ).

During this Learning and Earning Internship, the participants would learn the Fingerprint Scanning & Counselling aspects of Genetic Brain Profiling. Mentors of MIDNA GLOBAL would train the participants both the theory and extensive interpretational understanding of Genetic Brain Profiling Reports. After completing minimum 20 Scans or before 6 months of joining the SPARK, Trainees must give a presentation of GBP Basic Reports understanding (Self Discovery 2.0) to get Certified as GBP Consultant. They are qualified to Interpret GBP Basic Reports with Annual Renewal of their Competency.

Certified GBP Consultants are Eligible to Join MiDNA Global NEST for their REWIRE (Level 3 – IKIGAI Expert Certification) with Direct Login Rights (Investment of INR 10,000/- ) wherein they are eligible to get their reports directly at 20% Billing.

Necessary Training will be given to Interpret GBP- Comprehensive Reports. After completing minimum 50 Counselling sessions or before 12 months of joining the SPARK, Trainees must give a presentation of the GBPC Reports understanding (Self Discovery 3.0) to get Certified as IKIGAI Expert . They are qualified to Interpret and mentor all types of GBP Reports with Annual Renewal of their Competency.
