I’ve always carried this lingering question ,one that I believe most of us in our 20s secretly wrestle with- Who am I, really? What are my true strengths, my actual areas of improvement? We all have some assumptions about ourselves, built over experiences and feedback. But do we ever really know? Well, today I got closer to that answer. I had my genetic brain profiling done with Harish K, and let me tell you the session was eye-opening. Admittedly, it felt a bit weird in the beginning, like how could someone know so much about my personality just like that? But as it went on, curiosity took over, and I ended up learning the science behind it too. It was not just about understanding myself better, it was an educative experience on how to channel my innate capabilities more effectively. The best part? There’s always room to adapt, learn, and grow. Big thanks to Harish K for guiding me through this fascinating journey of self-discovery today!
