Dear Rachana, Just to thank you for the GBP meeting that we had last year. For me, in my late fifties and an international banker, many would think, well, the most is behind me, so why GBP!! However, it was very useful to understand the various patterns of how the brain works, some of my own strengths and areas of improvement and also how we tend to work with only our strengths and maybe even ignore certain other areas, which can be developed. As a visiting faculty in a few universities, I find it incredibly useful to understand the functioning of the brain and how we can use this for onward careers, choices, and even important decisions in life. Especially for children, youth and people that age range, I think this technique can be used to assess if one is a sequential thinker, abstract sequential thinker, or abstract random thinkers and so on and so forth which is useful to decide on a way forward for young people. I also liked the Adult learning domains – with the various quotients like IE, EQ, creativity and spiritual quotients. A very useful tool to help decide our choices in life. All in all, I find our meeting useful and I think people should use such techniques to understand themselves better and make appropriate life choices. Thanks.
